I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding APN Solar Private Limited and their nationwide franchise operations. I invested Rs. 3.40 lakhs as a franchisee based on their assurance of installing solar panels across India and offering a commission rate of 13%. They guaranteed the lowest local market rates and initially provided a quotation of Rs. 1.50 lakhs for a 3 kW solar panel system.However, after I paid the franchise fee, the quotation was unexpectedly increased to Rs. 1.90 lakhs, which is significantly above prevailing market rates that typically range between Rs. 1.55 lakhs and Rs. 1.75 lakhs for similar quality materials. Furthermore, despite promises of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), the company has now completely stopped responding to calls and has shown no interest in addressing our concerns.It is clear that APN Solar Private Limited is engaged in fraudulent practices, deceiving franchisees and customers nationwide, and accumulating crores through this scam. They are not genuinely involved in the solar business but are operating a large-scale financial fraud.

I invested Rs. 3.46 lakhs as a franchisee based on assurance of installing solar panels across India and offering a higher commission rate of across industry.After taking franchise they send some solar panel of amounting Rs near about 80000that too was of low quality after requesting for some more panel take interest for a month and then after stopped responding. They guaranteed the lowest local market rates but after receiving quotation it seems that there price are higher than market. i have taken the franchise for securing my future and betterment of my growth.The company has now completely stopped responding to calls and has shown no interest in addressing our concerns.I Have send legal notice to there registered office also.It is clear that APN Solar Private Limited is engaged in fraudulent practices, and accumulating crores through this scam. They are not genuinely involved in the solar business but are operating a large-scale financial fraud.
