Airtel app did not allow the users to choose between APSPCDL OR TSSPCDL. It only has one single option to choose. I. E., southern electricity board. But the payment of my service number has been made to APSPCDL. I require airtel payments bank to refund the full amount made towards the transaction made thru airtel app with transaction id 5000795412.
