Hi Sir/ Madam
I am writing this complaint regarding AP fiber net bad servicing at my place Krishna district, Kruthivenu mandal, Komallapudi Village
There will always be problems with AP fiber network at my place and when I tried to reach the local operator he will not respond and is very reckless. He does not care about the customer problem. Even when we are paying the monthly bill on time they will not pay it and due to this network connection is getting cut off at higher level and will take long time to get it back.
There is no other service available at our place so we have no other option.
Due to this issue it is getting very difficult for me to study and work from home
Kindly take action on the local operator and please make sure we are getting good service
