Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m writing a complaint with very disappointment with Ap Fibernet services at Dakkili Branch.
We were using AP FIBER NET connection , from the past 3 months we had a good connection in approximately 10 days only. Last two months we Don’t have any fiber service from my local operator. We called him several times he is not picking our calls and complaint in FIBER customer care but no change , than went to his home requested to provide a fine services. due to lack of internet service we were losing online classes and suffered work from home jobs after passing some days later cable operator came and fixed wire than we got a fine connection. 13 days back we had loss internet connection due to rain . We informed to him 10days back to clear the issue but he is showed his recklessness and talking harshly.take an action on local operator help me to provide good service.
