I had purchased AO Smith water purifier in 2020 and last year they asked me to pay Rs.5000/ to extend warranty but i couldn’t pay the warranty amount immediately the next day after the warranty expiry water Purifier indicated filters are damaged and I spoke to the AO Smith exicutive he said company has the control to show false indication if warranty is not paid, this is a big fraudulent activity by AO Smith company. Please take necessary action.
