I Brought AO Smith Water heater 15 liters from Amazon, which is warranty and the product is not working now, I booked a service request, I am from Puducherry, They assigned a Person for service from Chennai, For that i asked them there is no service person from Pondicherry they said no, My question is If you don’t have a service in a location? then why your are selling a product in that location? Still my complaint is not addressed, I don’t know when it will be addressed, Today the date is 6/1/2022, There is Proper reponse from the service center side till now, Please look into it and slove my issue as soon as possible from the company side.
