Text of Complaint by Abhishek Jauhari:

I purchased AO Smith Z2pro ro on 18/09/2023 from Croma. Salma Khan, a technician from your company came to my house and assured me that I will get TDS above 40. I am getting TDS 25 and sometimes it goes up to TDS 22 as well, I had a word with your senior technicians Manmeet and Ravinder and a few more.
They are not aware of which ro I have purchased totally lack knowledge and they tried to convince me that they would remove the copper filter and add Mintech and alkaline filter but I have checked the manual and I found that the Mintech filter is already there so why they are going to remove the copper filter and install Mintech. They were also saying that they would install an Alkaline filter and I have to pay 255 rs more. What scam you guys are doing I am really very disappointed. No one has full knowledge. I have a small kid and for my kid, I purchased this expensive RO, and nobody from your team is able to resolve my issue. Today I have again raised the complaint ( reference number 18103060)on customer care but still, there is no proper resolution. And your technician is asking for more money.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I need to involve Parag Kulkarni or Kevin J. Wheeler, Chairman, President & CEO.
I am educated enough to know about TDS value and I have been using RO for the last 10 years. TDS 25 means it’s only water, there are no minerals, etc. At least I am expecting TDS of more than 50 although I would be happy if it will be more than 100. But it should not be below 50.
After that i got a call from senior guy and he said they can install Alkaline filter and i have to pay 255 rs for that filter but there will no warranty for that filter. And he said he don’t have any solution for this low TDS value.
And i was expecting polite behavior but he was trying to become my boss by raising his voice. He should be in a polite way in order to provide customer satisfaction to there customers. They should be teach by there seniors how to talk to there customer.
