Airtel has activated antivirus on my landline, DTH and mobile without my consent and charging Rs 80 on each device every month . When checked with the Customer Care they mentioned the amount will be refunded . But since 04 months I am following up with Airtel but there is no action from their side. Every time I get a response that ‘sorry for the inconvenience caused and we are looking into the matter and will revert in 48 hours’. But the 48 hours is not over for many days. Kindly look into the matter as this can happen to anyone. Thanking you.
