I had recharged annual subscription pack which had promised me one month free recharge (12+1). But now the customer care told me I will not get my 13month free subscription. They told me I had modified the pack, but the app forcecibly made me update my pack without prior consent or acknowledgement, that my current pack will be affected.
This is not just app level crime, this is technology crime using their apps to extract money out of the customers stating ‘auto update’ as an excuse. Affecting millions who took up this annual subscription are at loss.
