I made a payment of 2843/ Rs to Tata sky on 13/9/2021through my Credit card .Money reached
Cash free. I spoke to your customer care, they say, money not reached them(tata sky) To day after 2 months I spoke to cash free. They said, Tata sky should raise the issue with us , then it will be refunded. Their transaction id is VT-212580023000080000314. This complaint has already been raised with you I don’t know what action has been taken at your end. as it is Cash free are your & SBI cards business associates, Please sort it out for me
