Paid Rs. 10,000/- for two year free AMC for a period from March’ 2022 to February ‘ 2024. But authorised service centre Aneshwa Enterprise, Sodepur, North 24 parganas, WB not yet give any service. Issue: Worst Service from Kent.
I installed Kent Water Purifier with UV+UF almost 10 months back.
Since last week the taste of water has drastically changed. Today Kent service person came and telling, they can’t do anything, as Tap water TDS level itself is high. And the only option is to throw this Water Purifier and buy a new Water Purifier with RO.
This is nothing but a fraud. How come such a reputed company be so irresponsible towards their customers. Not even an year has passed, they are telling us this product is nothing but a waste. Even its Warranty period is also not over. If the product is so bad, why they are selling it in first place.
I like to report this as a fraud. In the name of Business, they are misguiding people and looting the money. Kindly Help us.
