Hello
This has been ridiculous from Jio now. Why are you selling Work From Home pack when you can’t improve your existing network. When Vodafone, Airtel all are providing one of the best buffer free network in one the very common,easy to reach and well known place then how come you are not able to provide the network. This has been ridiculous now when your call gets disconnected in the middle. Serious client escalations now. The only reason is you are providing the worst network. DISGUSTING

My data doesn’t get over any of the day the only reason I don’t get a network properly.
You have slashed the competitive market and became the monopoly but what is the use if you are not helping understand your customer requirement.
Very much disappointed by choosing Jio over other best service providers
