I am prabhu .i am ordered an Motorola one power p30 note in amazon for $12950/- but i recived an mobile with broken touch screen on that second it self i inform them about the issue and sent the pictures of the mobile and my id proof they said me to wait for 5 days after 5 days i call them and ask for the resolution but they refused to say that and the said i im not attend the call of them but i doesnt received any call .
.the same thing was repeated again and again for 20 days now the credit card payment date is reached since they ordering me now to wait untill they resolve but they haven’t taken any step forward again my issue.
