Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, There is an unauthorized Transaction made from my sisters SBI account also to inform you that without asking the OTP how the Amount is debited from my Sisters account. This is purely the security problem and i am not responsible for this and i am putting blame on Garena game and Google pay as without OTP an any intimation they have deducted the amount from the SBI account from 1st November to till 25-11-2020 and i lost nearly Rs. 17,738.00/-.
Who is responsible for this why without asking OTP it is getting debited from My account & i am not getting any sms regarding the debit amount also, Kindly need ur help to refund all the Debited Amount to my account as early as possible.
We Want our money back which is debited from my sisters account from the past 25 days.

actually maybe your kid spent many while playing game named freefire because Garena is gaming company and u should contact garena for this matter maybe they will refund your money
