I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no.ORDER PDS8177, for Redmi Note 7 Pro (Space Black, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 3 june (9:24 AM). Payment of Rs 2999 was made through net banking which got creditted in the name of
vempati Prabhakar throughh PayUmoney
I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response and afraid that its a fake seller who had done the fraud. Today the website (phonedeals.co.in) is disappeared.
4-days have been passed but no response from the seller. Mails sent by me on help@phonedeals.co.in are also bounced back which confirms that its a total fraud….
Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
