I have placed online order for mangoes through https://organicfarmss.in/ and fully paid through Razor Pay including delivery charges. Thereafter not received any delivery information no order number etc.
Only have payment receipt from PayU. All the contact details mentioned on the site are unreachable. Phone number mentioned on the website rings and disconnects. All 4 emails provided are unreachable and messages are bouncing back. I am not sure if this is a fraud site, if not is extremely unprofessional
Request action on this Company before it happens to anyone and severe punishment in case it is fraud to breach the trust of the consumer

It’s a fake website and an e-commerce fraud, kindly raise the issue with Pay-U the payment aggrettor, who even after knowing the fraudulent transaction has been receiving payments on thier behalf. Raise an issue with Pay-U and take up the matter with RBI, local police and Consumer Forum and make PayU a party to reveal the KYC details of Sunray Farms to book them under criminal charges. PayU has processed by refund after complaint. Kindly take proactive steps as a consumer.
