An application regarding complain about the behaviour of Technicians and Seller & Damage product of the seller

Text of Complaint by SHANTANU DUTTA:

I have purchased a Bed of @Home by Nilamal Gunner Engineered wood Queen Box Bed. having order id : OD42687611230319100. I wanted to return this product but seller was not ready to picked it up. I have requested two times to return the product but seller was not ready to take the product. The product has manufacturing defect. The product has too much poor finishing not describe. The edges of the bed are so sharp that childrens are bleeded by the shap edges of this product.
Technically products are wrong also but as flipkart has only one option is there to select I used the poor finishing . The actual height of sides of the bed are 24cm but it is mention in the picture is that 27cm .When I have used your chat system with an employee he/she told in chat that ” I am sorry the seller will not accept your return request”. The behaviour of the technicians are too much rude that I can not tell you. When 1st time the technicians ( Rajat Karmakar) were came to check the problem they directly told me that it will not return before checked it & as they were behave like owner and we are renter we used to give rent them for give me the product & We don’t have any value of our talking. I was feeling like that they have gifted me the bed so it depends on them that they will may return this product or not & it depends on their sympathy. They told that its not any big issue. Then I feel its like we are renter of their house & they are owner .The behaviour of the technicians is too rude which I ever seen in my life. I have really the worsted experience ever I feel in my life with Flipkart & the technicians. Why flipkart is entertain such type of people or seller who don’t try to understand customer’s problem. Actually the product is used product and the seller just want to get rid of from the product. I don’t know the seller I know the Flipkart so I want my refund please make the necessary steps so that the seller will pick up the product & will give my refund. Here I am attaching all the proofs. If this type of things will continue then, this type of things may ruined the reputation of flipkart, this such bad exprince made customers to uninstall the flipkart app & close all account.
