Sir,
With due esteem & in response to the subject captioned above, I Anubhav Das, Beg to state that Today around 11:35 am I have done recharge of Rs 215/- for my Prepaid Airtel No but after that the Plan hasn’t been activated on the concerned Phone number. In this regard, i earnestly request you to take necessary action either to Active or refund the amount from the Service Provider.
