Hi Team,
I have tried recharging my Airtel number through apps like paytm, Airtel app etc since Feb but all fail. I could only get a successful recharge through a vendor which I did in feb and march. but my validity expired on 3rd April and services stopped on 9th April. I am not able to recharge my number through any of the apps including the Airtel app. I have even mailed customer support numerous times but to no avail. I had raised a complaint in the beginning of March and was assured a resolve by 13th of March which never happened. In the current Lockdown situation, I am unable to recharge through a dealer or through Airtel Gallery. I cannot receive OTPs as the incoming has stopped.
On top of this, I tried recharging through Airtel app on 4th April and the amount was debited through my paytm app but it wasnt reflected to my number. I mailed my grievance to airtel customer care but again, I did not receive any call or message or an email or any kind of help.
I again did a same recharge on 11th April (today) but faced the same problem! I have lost INR 500 in this and haven’t receive any refund.
Kindly help me out here as I am completely helpless in this situation and continuing with Airtel in the future has left me with serious doubts as I am being assisted in any way whatsoever!
