7 may 2020 I bought a Air conditioner model Amstrad/AM2013 from your showroom. Iam extremely disappointed as it stopped working after 3 months of purchase.The board was changed four times. Once the outdoor board was compliant they replaced it with an indoor board. Then they went to the outdoor board and replaced it with a different model. That is the reason for becoming compliant later. Currently, the outdoor board has been changed 3 times and the indoor board has been changed once. Your service is not good at all.There is no help from you if the warranty period is still left. I have requested services many times but have not received help.
