I booked a ticket from RSRTC App on date 11/10/2024 for travelling from ahmedabad to sumerpur (Pali, Rajasthan) in jodhpur depo (depart time:06:15) travelling date 27/10/2024 . Ticket was not booked but amount 254 rupees deducted from by account (UPI transaction ID: T2410111944037606318330). I need refund my amount and this is frustrating every passenger who travelling most in rsrtc.
