During my visit to Dubai between 15th to 18th November 2019 I had availed international roaming pack. I had availed per day pack at Rs. 649/- with 100 minutes of free incoming calls and 100 minutes of outgoing calls per day. For three days I was charged Rs. 649/- per day. All the three days put together I have spoken for less than 25 minutes (both incoming and outgoing included) which is far below the daily limit of 100 minutes. However I have been charged additional Rs. 450/- for which valid reason has not been provided to me on speaking to the service provider (Airtel). Request justice.
