I had booked Two tickets on 30jan 2022 having reference no. REF206480160 (3886 Rupees) after the payment i have received email and call from Travel look informing the ticket has been cancelled by airlines and refund amount will be received in 7 days. However, this is the over a11 days .now and I have not received the amount nor any information.
The customer support number (0124-643-4800) mentioned is not getting connected, and It appears like a travel look is a fraud websIte
