Text of Complaint by Nivedya Krishnan:

I was trying to add money into my Airtel Wallet on March 1st 2021 (01.03.2021). After the amount was debited from my bank account the app said that my transaction couldn’t be processed and that the amount would be credited into my bank account within five (5) working days. I still haven’t received the money. I understand it’s been only 48 hours since my failed transaction but when i checked the Airtel Thanks App’s Help and Support option I read that I had to wait for 48 hours and then call the number 400 if my money hasn’t been credited to my bank account. Should I wait for 3 more days or call the number now because I’m really concerned that I’ve been cheated by Airtel.
