An amount of Rs. 899/- was transferred twice to Razorpay (razorpay.2@icici) on consecutive days. This was done without any consent from our end. We do not know the party to which the amount has been transfered as well. The autopay has been enabled till July 2023. I have disabled this for now. Please take actions accordingly and let us know the details by which we can retrieve our amount.

It just happened to me today and was confused. After some investigation from my side found that I had subscribed for Disney hotstar yearly renewal for 899. You can go ahead and cancel the autopay, and enjoy the remaining 1 year that you had paid for disney.
The same issue has happened to me as well, for Rs. 4,999. Is there any way to track this down to the source?
