I was booking a mattress from wake fit on March 5th 2021 and Rs.11931 paid towards Wakefield mattress booking. The amount was deducted from the account but the order not placed. It was credited to ibibo web pvt ltd. I have not refunded the amount. I have complained to the bank also then RBI also. Now the RBI has resolved the issue that the amount transferred to the merchant with UTR No. 526852741. After the RBI report again checked with the wake fit company but they have not received the amount. Now the amount Rs. 11931 is with ibibo web pvt ltd. So return my amount apas. I have all the document proofs. This is ridiculous this company is stealing money from people, then why not ban this merchant from authority.
