I was to transfer Rs 21800.00 to my friend Sakthivel. When I typed his phone number I had an account in the name of his hospital and sent it through gpay. He did not receive the money. When we checked the transaction, it was informed by icici bank people that it’s a fake account. Kindly help me retrieve the amount and file a complaint in this regard. The transaction happened on 18th march
