My Mobile No. is 9486087902 (Air tel). I have activate airtel money wallet in the said number. In this connection i have send a sum of Rs. 500/- from my Bank Account to airtel wallet on 23.04.2020. I got acceptance message from airtel vide txn id 200423852187. Till date it was not credited in my airtel wallet and it shows a balance of Rs. 48/- only. In this Pandemic situation we all believe the network companies for our benefits, but they are not responding the grievance of the public for such a mere matter. Also cant able to contact the customer care executives, i have already mailed this matter. Now i have a doubt whether the network company is alive or not.
