Dear Sir,
I am multi recharge retailer, 28.04.2020 recharge tata sky ID: 1236987820 one year plan Rs.2388. That recharge wrong recharge(customer maintain two account in single mobile number). i comlaind 29.04.2020 your representative told that amount will be reversal in next 10 working days but till now did’t get that amount.
Yesterday speake with our tata sky representative she told May-1 already reversal done to our provider. tell to your provider it will be reversed but my provider told did’t received that reversal don’t ask me again.
please share clear reversal statement details.
