I have applied for broadband and Airtel xstream and paid rs.5036 for 3 months in advance. Airtel representative made me to take such plan and asked me to pay for it. Once I paid the amount I didn’t get any response or connection from the Airtel team. I contacted Airtel, they said there is no feasibility in our area. It has been almost 10 days and I didn’t get refund from Airtel.
