On 7th Oct 2023, i ordered for household articles in the website-POHUNCH-ONLINE GROCERY STORE.On completion of my transaction, a sum of Rs.326 remains debited to my account but order is not confirmed.I did this transaction again thinking that there is a failure in net connectivity as in the case of IRCTC.The result was same this time also.My account remains debited twice.NO RESPONSE FROM VENDOR FOR MY CALLS.WEBSITE IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE
