Dear sir,madam we are booked a ticket on the date 12 08 21 from Hyderabad to kochi,. Travelling date 15-08-2021, ticket was cancelled, still didn’t refund the amount. Traveller name is TP ANURADHA, We are also called many times to your customer care support he said Your payment setteled to your ac before 15-09-2021, REF NO:- REF122351982, still I didn’t get any amount sir, so please do the needful and at your end.
