Due to this pandemic(covid 19), I have moved to my hometown and gave a request to disconnect my ACT internet connection. I took 6 months plan but used for 2 months only. Connection was disconnected on July 15 but no respose from their end regarding to the refund. I sent an email to ACT nodal desk on 23 and immediately I got an mesage asking for my bank details, after submitting the details I got a meesage as “you will get the refund in 5 working days” Till now I didn’t received the refund. Sent multiple emails to ACT nodal and applet desk but no issue.
