I have booked flight ticket from travolook site but they canceled the ticket stating that fare got expired and money got deducted. The Travollok team informed that the money will get refund to your source account within 10 days but it’s like 30days no payment received. When ever i call to the customer team they are saying it will take 5 days . please take a proper action on these fraud team so that no one will get trap into this situation further.
