DEAR SIR
I BOOKED A TICKET IN AUGUST WHOSE REFERENCE NO IS REF031864651. AFTER SOME TIME I CANCEL THIS BOOKING IN SEPTEMBER 13TH 2021. I GOT MAIL YOUR CANCELLATION IS PROCESSED AND YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 35 WORKING DAYS. BUT AFTER MANY REMINDER THEY NOT REFUND IT IN MY ACCOUNT. WHEN 4 MONTHS COMPLETED THAN I AGAIN CALL TO TEAM THAN HE AGREE TO SEND IT IN YOUR WALLET NOT IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
AGAIN IN 5TH DECEMBER I BOOKED A TICKET REFERENCE NO IS REF842887418 AMOUNT HAD DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT TICKET NOT BOOKED. THAN I GOT A CALL THAT YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 7-10 DAYS. BUT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEY SEND IT IN MY WALLET.
I NEVER WANT TO BOOK ANY TICKET THROUGH THIS SITE. SO MANY TIMES I REQUEST THEM PLS TRANSFER MY AMOUNT FROM WALLET TO ACCOUNT. BUT WHEN I CALL THEM DIFFERENT PERSON GIVING DIFFERENT ANSWER.
NOW I ONLY WANT FROM COMPANY THAT TRANSFER THIS AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT
