I tried to recharge my phone number with an international roaming pack for 3997 rs through airtel app and it got failed. I called the customer care and he said the transaction got failed and asked me to recharge again. I recharged again through google pay app and it was recharged successfully and i got the message. But 40 mins later after the second time, i got one more message saying recharge done again. And the amount 3997 has been deducted twice from my account. I called the customer care again and he said he initiated the refund and i will be getting the first failed recharge amount by sep 23 but the pack will be active as second recharge was successful. The reference number is RWRRV5091439018. Please find attached the screenshot for reference and kindly do the needful ASAP. I hope this issue is resolved soon and i l get the money back.
