I booked the flight from Travolook on 18th of Dec from Delhi to Ranchi with reference ID -REF.336088000 The money Rs.1990 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been 2 months now and more than 70 days, still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating.
