On 30june a wrong recharge of rs14998 of airtel had done by me from Paytm on the no. Shown in attach file . I call both Paytm and Airtel so many times but they didn’t help me they simple just said that there is no provision of wrong recharge refund for the recharge done from third party app . With every time airtel said please wait for the 72hours then we will call you no one had any call same Paytm every time send a link on app and they didn’t done any help . The active plan is not used just for the single min please i request you help me refund . It’s an my half month salary as I am serving in army
