hi,
I have booked ticket from Vadodara to Hyderabad on 3rd September,2021.
Reference no is REF579127273
Due to some reasons from your end my ticket was cancelled and told me that amount will be refund within 7-10 working days.
It been almost 50days still i didn’t get my money back.
And i have called customer care service many times no one is responding and asking about this issue they are disconnecting my call.
Is this a way to treat your customers?
Please look in to this issue and resolve this ASAP.
