I have one d2h account (Act-141793275) and I wanted to deactivate this account permanently and for that I called d2h customer care number on 13-Aug-2021 for deactivating my account. They said we will refund whatever last recharge you have done i.e Amount INR 536/= and for that you have to deposit 100 Rs as you have used for this much of days and they will refund entire 536. We deposited 100 INR same day but till date no refund is done and we are chasing these people.
Now when we are calling their customer care, they are not responding to us properly and they closed our complained as well. Complain number – 98662708
Kindly log one complaint against Videocon d2h for not giving us our refund.
