Dear Sir/Mam
First time I am using PhonePE Application. My transaction is failed due to some techincal issue now i am asking for a refund they are not taking seriously, and giving me date you will get the amount back. Till now i didn’t got my money. Fraud Company Don’t use this App in a future.
