Hi, I’m Dr. Darshan I have booked ticket from Nagpur to Mangalore, amount has been debited from my account and later I got call from Travel look your ticket has been cancelled due to technical reason your money will be refunded in 10-15 days. Till now I have called more than 10 times they are not responding properly and my money is not refunded. Later i saw the reviews of TRAVOLOOK on google and found out to be that they dont refund the money. If they dont refund my money i am planning to go to court against them. The amount is not less, its 7000 rupees. Hoping for some help. Thanking you.
