On 5th march 2021, I recharged my Airtel prepaid number from Airtel website (https://www.airtel.in/) for data pack worth Rs. 558 using my debit card. I got a message stating transaction failed (Transaction number 6773417292857982976) but my amount got deducted from my bank account. Totally 558 got deducted from my bank account.
Kindly requesting you to refund my Rs.558
