I had made payments against my invoice for the month of March (Rs.3327) and April (During Lock down) (Rs.3400) using Airtel Application and Airtel Website.
The amounts are still not credited in our account and services have been discontinued.We have raised several complaints and also send the money receipts to all relevant mail id’s of Airtel.
We have sent more than 25 mails and 20 reminders but no body from Airtel has been kind enough to solve this issue.We have been receiving regular calls for outstanding but nobody is professional enough to hear out and solve the problem.
We are more than 11 years old customers of Airtel and this is the services we receive.
We have not used even a single paise worth services during the lockdown as these are our office numbers and still making the full payments which is not getting credited.
