1. Sir I have recharged mobile number for amount of Rs 750/- debited on 21 Aug 2022 (UHC5126791). But mobile not recharged.

2. I again recharge mobile on 23 Aug 2022 for Rs 666/- amount debited mobile not recharged (UHC5149248).

3. JIO company says that NO recharge found. However, sbi customer representative said that amount paid to your merchant.

4. You are requested to kindly personally look into the matter and refund the amount quoted at Paragraph 1 & 2.
