I TAKE A LOAN FROM RUPRUP APP ON 24/8/22.THE LOAN AMOUNT IS 5200..I RECIVED 3116.(926 SERIVCE FEE),(832RS MANAGMENT FEE),(10RS TRASNFER FEE),(316RS GST FEE).THE DUE DATE OF LOAN AMOUNT IS 31/8/22. I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY ON 31/8/22 DUE TO MEDICAL EMERGENCY.NEXT DAY THE AMOUNT SHOWN 5430 WITH 1 DAY INTEREST.SO I PAID 5430 ON 1/9/22 TIME.17:34 THROUGH PHONE PAY.i have call to ruprup app customer care to confirm the payment and he take a screen shot of the payment and Whatsp to customer care.after 5 min he said yes your payment recicevd successfuly.but after some time the payment not updated in app.i have call again customer care, he said don’t worry ,due to technical issues give me some time.now till 2/9/22 time16:47 ,the payment is not updated in app.interest charged continuous on daily basic.and now he said your payment was not successful ,and now he did not pick the call.we have also screenshot .
