During my payment to Next IAS, Amount of Rs 4000 debited from my account through net banking to 4599221162094- INB Avenues India Lim.-1116381634681GAOHDKPX7 on 12th september around 7:00pm but it is still showing unpaid in the portal.

please help me resolve the problem at the earliest.
