I have ordered “BOSCH 7 kg Drive Motor, Anti Tangle, Anti Vibration Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Grey” with Order ID: OD124472793222072000 & Order Date: 21-03-2022, Original Invoice Number: FAC3R92200286076 , as the product i had returned due to as I found that packing of the product which I had received not proper & open & also when the Washing machine was opened by your delivery person found that lots of water was inside the drum. While delivering the washing machine your delivery person took my old IFB washing machine after verifying as it was an exchange of product..
With suggestions from the direct BOSCH service center & installation person I have raised for return but actually i wanted a replacement of BOSCH 7KG washing machine, but there was no option present, & a suggestion from the Flipkart Service centre I gave the option for return.
I got the amount of Rs.25540/- to my mode of payment (i.e SBI Credit card) on 27th March but very pathetic to know that still now i haven’t received the amount of Rs3450/- to my account nor as a Flipkart Gift Card to my flipkart account which was for exchange of Old IFB washing machine.I have already raised many complaints to your Flipkart Service center regarding it, but still now it has not yet been resolved & also no email regarding gift vouchers of Rs3450/- from the seller. More than a week has passed and this problem is still persisting & i want to order a washing machine by utilizing the amount from gift card.
The following are the attachment of the order copy & also screenshot from flipkart of Rs3450 amount which they have mentioned that I will be getting a Flipkart Gift card worth of Rs3450/- for the old machine. As I am also a Flipkart Plus member, My family is suffering a lot by ordering the machine from you as since for more than a week we don’t have any washing machine with us for washing clothes.
Hence i request you to arrange the amount to my account or put that amount into a Flipkart GIft card account. Pls do the needful as early as possible as I am waiting since from 25th Mar 2022
