I had booked air ticket Goa – Mumbai on 23rd May, 2022 for my husband and myself and also made the payment of Rs.8070/- for both the tickets while booking the tickets. Same evening I received a msg to say that my ticket is cancelled without giving any reason and that my amount with be refunded to my credit card against which I have made the payment. Since the 24th of May, 2022 I have been sending emails after emails and also speaking to their customer care executives and all they say is to be patient and to give them 7-10 days excluding Sundays and holidays. But so far since 23rd of May 2022 the 7-10 days waiting period is long past. Their customer care No. 0124 643 4800 makes one wait for a long long time at times even 45-60 mins and as soon as you reach yr no. 1, they disconnect your call. I have sent many mails today on their email id. support@travolook.in but all the mails have bounced back. I request you intervene and help me get a refund. My husband I am are senior citizens both 74 years of age and this is giving me a lot of mental stress. You intervention will be much appreciated.
