Subject: Urgent: Withdrawal Marked as Successful but Not Received

Dear Funinexchange Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with a withdrawal I placed from my account. The details are as follows:

Username/Registered Number: bankaidecode

Withdrawal Amount: ₹974.31

Date of Withdrawal: 22 April 2025

Transaction Status: Marked as “Successful”

Payment Method: UPI deposit, bank account withdrawal

Although the transaction status shows “successful” on your platform, I have not received the amount in my [bank account/wallet] as of now. I have also tried contacting your toll-free number, but it is currently unreachable.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and let me know the current status of my withdrawal. I would appreciate a prompt resolution or a clear update on the expected processing time.
